We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. SECURITY POLICY

Your payment and personal information is always secure. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

REFUND POLICY

We will exchange sizes and colors of any product, provided that the product is not damaged or soiled and includes the original manufacturer tags. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on every product that is not perishable, also provided that the product is not damaged or soiled. Please call customer service at 518-523-0586 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders that qualify for free shipping and are received before 2pm EST will be processed to ship out on the next business day. Unless a specific shipper and level of service are selected during checkout, the Whiteface Lodge will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number so that you may track your package.

NOTE: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If express or 2 day shipping is selected and the order received before 2pm EST, we will make every effort to ship same day as soon as funds are authorized, but will still be subject to the selected carrier’s pickup restrictions. If a purchase is urgent, please call us at 518-523-0586 to ensure the fastest service possible.

Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and handling costs and options are calculated at time of checkout.

TAXES: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Orders shipped within the state of New York will be subject up to 8% sales tax.
